Shipping Information
We offer shipping to most countries around the world. We will aim to ship out your order same day. Otherwise it will be shipped out next day. We ship orders out 7 days a week, excluding all recognized US holidays or postal holidays. During any current worldwide events, shipping times may be delayed.
Once your package has shipped, you'll received a shipping tracking ID and a personalized link that allows you to check your shipment anytime you like.

For any order upgrades we charge no shipping fees unless otherwise described.
If you've ordered with the wrong delivery address please contact us so we can amend your order.
For international shipping (outside of the United States), shipping fees will apply (see above table). For international orders you may be liable to pay customs charges which are to be paid by the customer.
Returns
You have one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of order to fully explore the benefits that CollaZeen Gummies can bring you. However, if at any point during this time you wish to return your order, you can do so for a no-questions-asked refund.
Before Requesting a Refund
Please ensure you've given CollaZeen Gummies enough time to work for you. We advise all customers to use CollaZeen Gummies for at least 3 months to fully experience the best results. If you still wish to request a refund, please follow the instructions below.
Step 1 - Check you are within refund period
You have one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of order to request a refund. After this period, you cannot request a refund.
Step 2 - Return All Bottles to Us
To obtain a full refund for an order, you must return all bottles of the order you wish to be refunded, whether they are empty, full, or partially full, back to our fulfillment center within one hundred and eighty (180) days from the order date.
You must include the original packing slip with your return. If you don't have it, please include the following details regarding your order:
- Your Full Name
- Your Full Address where the shipment was received
- Your Email Address
- Your Phone Number
Return Address: The return address will be provided when you contact us to initiate the return process. This ensures we can direct you to our closest partner fulfillment center.

Processing Your Refund: Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.
